Customers from ALASKA (AK), HAWAII (HI) and PUERTO RICO (PR) can order using our website. We will get a competitive shipping quote from our carriers or work with your shipping companies to ship from the nearest port. You have to pay the freight separately after our confirmation.

Shipments are either boxed up and/or palletized and shipped via FedEx Ground /UPS/ USPS. Heavier shipments are shipped via LTL carriers, on a truck with a lift gate.

Typically, it is most convenient to ship your marker directly to where the marker / Upright will be installed. Please provide us with the name, complete shipping address, including zip code, and phone number to where the memorial will be shipped.

We do not offer installation service to any of our headstones. Customer may contact the cemetery for foundation and installation process. All payments related to installation has to be paid directly to the cemetery.

Orders with Cemetery address, as shipping address requires layout approval prior to production and shipment acceptance before shipment.



Returns | Cancellation | Damages Policy

All our products are custom made and engraved to customer specification. We always get a layout approved by the customer. We do not accept return on custom made products, for any reasons other than damaged shipments or mismatch between the approved picture and the finished product (System generated stone colors may not accurately match colors).

Customer may cancel the order without incurring any charges and a full refund will be given if you notify us or cancel the order within 48 hrs of placing the order. No exception whatsoever will ever be made once your order is processed.

Our shipments are carefully packaged and shipped to ensure a safe delivery to your destination, the possibility exists that damage can happen during transit. If it does, kindly note the damages on the bill of lading immediately and fax us a copy of the bill of lading so that we can file a claim promptly. After you've accepted the memorial, protect it from further damages by keeping it in a safe place. We need to know the exact damage to the memorial. If possible, take a photo when you uncrate it - after noting the damage on the bill of lading.

If the damage is not discovered at the time of delivery and is found while unpacking the memorial, notify us immediately. Fax us a copy of the bill of lading with the damages noted on it. We will arrange for an inspection from the shipping company. It is important to inspect the memorial immediately. The time frame to file a claim is usually less than 10 days. All merchandise should be retained in the original shipping container in the same condition when damage was discovered—until an inspection can be done.

All shipping related damage should be notified to us within 24 hrs of accepting the delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) We will not accept any return without a RMA # and label.
